Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for temporary custody of the subject child pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 12, 2015, and to stay enforcement of so much of the order as directs him to vacate the marital residence pending resolution of the above-entitled action or further order of this Court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
