MOTION

Susane Martin, respondent,

v Gerald Martin, appellant.

(Index No. 2052/14)

DECISION & ORDER ON

Appeals by Gerald Martin from three orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (IDV Part), all entered October 3, 2014. By scheduling order dated May 12, 2015, the appellant's time to perfect the appeals was enlarged until June 4, 2015. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.

DILLON, J.P., CHAMBERS, AUSTIN and SGROI, JJ., concur.
