On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 9, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County, rendered August 7, 1998, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the name "Charles A. Leon," and substituting therefor the name "Charles A. Murray."
