Appeal by Pamela Stein from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 3, 2013, which was marked withdrawn by order on application of this Court dated March 24, 2014, and cross appeal by William Stein from the order dated June 3, 2013, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 27, 2014. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 9, 2013, the branch of William Stein's motion which was to dismiss the appeal by Pamela Stein was held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal and cross appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the branch of William Stein's motion which was to dismiss the appeal by Pamela Stein is denied as academic.
