ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 6, 2015, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered March 27, 2015, is amended by deleting from first paragraph thereof the date "March 27, 2014," and substituting therefor the date "March 27, 2015."
