Motion by Alejandrina Pacheco for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated April 9, 2015, to stay the fact-finding hearing in the above-entitled matter, and to waive the filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the the fact-finding hearing in the above-entitled matter is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the filing fee is waived.
