Appeal by Jessica G. from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated May 19, 2014, By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 28, 2015, the appellant was directed to file an affirmation or affidavit containing certain information on or before July 1, 2015. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 28, 2015.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court May 28, 2015 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]).
