Appeal by Valerie D. Weiss from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated January 26, 2015. Weiss on the appeal, and was directed, inter alia, to contact her and determine her interest in responding to the appeal:

By letter dated June 15, 2015, Michael D. Meth notified the Court that he had been unable to contact the respondent Jessica R. Weiss. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 23, 2015, Michael D. Meth was relieved of the assignment. By letter dated June 30, 2015, Michael D. Meth notified the Court that he had contacted the respondent Jessica R. Weiss and that she wished to respond to the appeal.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 23, 2015, is recalled and vacated, and the order on certification dated May 22, 2015, is reinstated.
