Appellants having moved to substitute Shikema Williams, as adminstratrix of the estate of Christine Cox, deceased on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Court of Claims entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on November 7, 2012, and to restore the appeal to the Court's calendar,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Ameer Benno, Esq., dated June 22, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Kate H. Nepveu, Esq., dated July 7, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to substitute Shikema Williams, as adminstratrix of the estate of Christine Cox, deceased is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeal is added to the term of this Court commencing January 11, 2016.
