Motion, on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, First District, rendered January 29, 2015, by counsel who represented appellant in the District Court, for leave to appellant to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of appellate counsel. Counsel states that he has been unable to locate appellant.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renewal should counsel be able to locate appellant.
