The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Raymond Michael, Appellant.

Motion by appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered March 21, 2014, for leave to reargue his prior motion to compel his assigned counsel, Martin Goldberg, Esq., to provide him with certain records, transcripts and other materials so that appellant may prepare a pro se supplemental brief, which prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 20, 2015.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
