ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated December 18, 2014, and May 18, 2015, respectively, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated December 18, 2014. Application by the defendant-respondent U.S. Bank National Association to dismiss the appeal from the order dated May 18, 2015, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying reargument.

Upon the papers filed in support of the applications and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application to enlarge the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated December 18, 2014, is granted, the appellant's time to perfect that appeal is enlarged until September 14, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application to dismiss the appeal from the order dated May 18, 2015, is denied without prejudice to making a motion for that relief.
