Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 6, 2014, and March 4, 2015, respectively, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated August 6, 2014. Cross motion by Jeld-Wen, Inc., inter alia, to impose a sanction upon the respondent's counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated August 6, 2014, is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 17, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is denied.
