| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION FOR REINSTATEMENT |
Motion by Sergey Khaitov for reinstatement to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law. Mr. Khaitov was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 17, 2003. By opinion and order of this Court dated May 20, 2008, Mr. Khaitov was disbarred based on his conviction of felony, effective September 9, 2005. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 29, 2013, as amended June 5, 2013, Mr. Khaitov's first motion for reinstatement was denied.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We find that Sergey Khaitov does not demonstrate the requisite fitness and character to practice law.
