In the Matter of Teddy Israel Moore,

admitted as Israel Teddy Moore,

a disbarred attorney.

Grievance Committee for the Second,

Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial

Districts, petitioner;

Teddy Israel Moore, respondent.

(Attorney Registration No. 2630275)

ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Motion by Teddy Israel Moore to vacate an opinion and order of this Court dated September 16, 2002, disbarring him, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the New York State Court of Appeals from the opinion and order of this Court. Mr. Moore was admitted to the Bar as an attorney and counselor-at-law at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on September 14, 1994, under the name Israel Teddy Moore.

By opinion and order of this Court dated September 16, 2002, Mr. Moore was disbarred, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 691.3, based on an order of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, dated November 8, 2001, finding that the discipline imposed by the Supreme Court of the United States fully justified his disbarment and directing that Mr. Moore's name be removed from the roll of practicing attorneys. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 12, 2002, Mr. Moore's first motion to vacate the opinion and order dated September 16, 2002, was denied.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

ENG, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, SKELOS and ROMAN, JJ., concur.
