ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by the respondent New York State Central Register of Child Abuse and Maltreatment pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered February 7, 2014.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicant's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 31, 2015, and the applicant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
