| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, in effect, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 9, 2013, which granted the respondent's motion to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered November 12, 2009, for failure to timely perfect. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 26, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
