Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 25, 2012, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 15, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to reargue the appeal is denied, with $100 costs; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
