Motion by the appellant, in effect, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated April 3, 2014, to be filed in connection with an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated March 24, 2015, for leave to file a supplemental record containing the judgment and notice of appeal from the judgment, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before August 17, 2015, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and notice of appeal from the judgment.
