Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 29, 2015, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal will be calendared expeditiously in the event that the appellant perfects the appeal on or before August 11, 2015.
