DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 20, 2014, and, in effect, to enlarge the record to include certain documents.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is denied as unnecessary as the respondent's brief was timely served and filed; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
