| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Renewed motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered July 10, 2013, to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcript of the grand jury proceedings and, in effect, for summary reversal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcript of the grand jury proceedings is granted to the extent that the grand jury minutes filed by the respondent in connection with the motion are deemed to be filed, under seal, for in camera review by the panel of Justices assigned to hear the appeal, and those minutes shall remain sealed; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, for summary reversal is denied.
