Appeal by Maurice M. from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 3, 2014, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court, entitled "In the Matter of the Dismissal of Causes for Failure to Perfect - May 2015 Calendar," dated June 10, 2015.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 10, 2015, as dismissed the appeal, is recalled and vacated, and the appeal is reinstated; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged, and the appellant shall perfect the appeal expediously in accordance with this Court's rules and written directions.
