Appellant Sarah Gillespie having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on April 24, 2014, and having moved to consolidate the appeals taken from the order entered April 24, 2014,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Paul B. Watkins, Esq., dated July 7, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 28, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 17, 2015, and inserting in its place the date August 11, 2015, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks to consolidate the appeals is granted.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect the appeal will be granted.
