It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice.
Memorandum: Appellate review of Cayuga County Court order dated May 15, 2015 and entered May 20, 2015 must be pursued by filing a CPL 460.15 application. Defendant may seek assignment of counsel and poor person relief for the appeal taken from the order of Cayuga County Court entered May 5, 2015 upon the filing and serving a motion pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1000.14.
