Separate applications by Mall at Smith Haven, LLC, and E.W. Howell Co., Inc., pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file their respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 6, 2014.
