Joint application by Howard Anders and Paula Holder pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file an answering brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 2, 2014, and an appeal and cross appeals from a judgment of the same court entered September 15, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file an answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until August 14, 2015, and the answering brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
