| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 10, 2015, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 28, 2015, as conditioned, inter alia, a stay of enforcement of the order, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before June 29, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 28, 2015, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "June 29, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "September 25, 2015."
