Motion by the respondent on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 9, 2014, and April 17, 2014, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered April 29, 2014, for leave to renew and reargue the motion of Lydia S. Antoncic for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated May 13, 2015, and to dismiss the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
