On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 25, 2014, in the above-entitled matter is amended by adding to the first paragraph following the words "an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, entered October 8, 2013," the words "and an appeal from a decision of the same court entered December 18, 2013, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 24, 2014," and by amending the caption as set forth above.
