Motion by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated September 8, 2014, and November 3, 2014, respectively. Separate motion by the appellants to amend the caption.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until September 28, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to amend the caption is denied.
