DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Jessica Nohs for leave to reargue her prior motion, inter alia, to reinstate her appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 2, 2014, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 5, 2015, and for clarification of the decision and order on motion dated February 5, 2015, as well as the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 18, 2015. Application by John C. Diraimondo pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect his appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the application is granted, John C. Diraimondo's time to perfect his appeal is enlarged until September 28, 2015, and the record or appendix and John C. Diraimondo's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
