| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 8, 2011, and, in effect, to direct the appellant to serve and file a supplemental record containing respondent's trial exhibit D.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before August 28, 2015, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing respondent's trial exhibit D, consisting of an affirmation of Adam Greenstein dated March 2, 2011, with exhibits; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 28, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
