An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on October 14, 2014, and the attorney for the child Amelia S. having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Scott Otis, Esq., filed July 13, 2015, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before September 18, 2015, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
