Motion by the petitioner-respondent pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated March 27, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the petitioner-respondent to defend the appeal:
