Motion by appellant to consolidate appeals from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered December 12, 2013 and January 26, 2015, respectively, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary.

As the appeals from the orders were entered as one appeal under appeal No. 2015-1199 K C, consolidation is unnecessary. An enlargement of time to perfect the appeals is unnecessary as the appeals are due to be perfected by September 3, 2015.
