Motion by respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered May 1, 2012.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed within 14 days of the date of this order. Appellant may, if he be so advised, file a reply brief within 7 days of service of respondent's brief upon him. No further enlargement of time to file a respondent's brief shall be granted.
