v Jacky Keehn, defendant.

(Index No. 7798/07)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Purported appeal by the plaintiff from a decision of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 28, 2013. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 20, 2014, the original appeal taken from the decision was dismissed on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision. On May 8, 2015, the plaintiff filed a second notice of appeal from the decision dated August 28, 2013.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the second notice of appeal filed on May 8, 2015, is deemed to be a nullity.

ENG, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, SKELOS and DILLON, JJ., concur.
