Application pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time of Metropolitan Transportation Authority and New York and Atlantic Railway to serve and file their respective reply briefs on appeals and a cross appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 8, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of Metropolitan Transportation Authority and New York and Atlantic Railway to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until August 25, 2015, and the briefs of Metropolitan Transportation Authority and New York and Atlantic Railway must be served and filed on or before that date.
