Motion by the nonparty-appellant on an appe County, dated June 26, 2015, to stay enforcement of that order as well as an order of the same court dated July 1, 2015, and to continue the release of the subject children Anastazia B. and Gabriella T. M. B. to him with visitation to the respondent-respondent Tennile H., pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated June 26, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and enforcement of the order is stayed and custody of the subject children Anastazia B. and Gabriella T. M. B. is continued with the nonparty-appellant, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated June 26, 2015; and it is further,
ORDERED that the matter is remitted to the Family Court, Kings County, for entry of an order awarding appropriate visitation to the respondent-respondent Tennile H. during the period of time the stay is in effect.
