Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered September 19, 2013. Separate motion by appellant for leave to file a late reply to respondent's opposition.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for the purposes of disposition; and it is further

ORDERED that appellant's motion for leave to file a late reply to respondent's opposition is granted; and it is further

ORDERED that appellant's motion for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by August 19, 2015, and it is further

ORDERED that no further enlargements shall be granted.
