Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered May 21, 2013. The order stayed the action pending the determination of a related declaratory judgment action.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as moot, as the declaratory judgment action was determined by order of the Supreme Court, New York County, dated April 21, 2015 (see State of New York v General Elec. Co., 103 AD2d 985 [1984]).
