The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Shakeem B. (Anonymous), Appellant.

On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the above-enumerated appeals from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered January 4, 2013 (appeal No. 2013-2556 K CR), and a resentence of the same court imposed July 15, 2013 (appeal No. 2013-2560 K CR), respectively, are consolidated under appeal No. 2013-2556 K CR; and it is further,

ORDERED that so much of the consolidated appeal as is from the portion of the judgment of conviction that imposed sentence is dismissed, as that portion of the judgment of conviction was superseded by the resentence.
