On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the above-enumerated appeals from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of Middletown, Orange County, rendered January 12, 2015 (appeal No. 2015-265 OR CR) and a resentence of the same court imposed April 6, 2015 (appeal No. 2015-747 OR CR), respectively, are consolidated under appeal No. 2015-265 OR CR; and it is further,
ORDERED that so much of the consolidated appeal as is from the portion of the judgment of conviction that imposed sentence is dismissed, as that portion of the judgment of conviction was superseded by the resentence.
