Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 4, 2015, to vacate a stay of enforcement of the order granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 17, 2015
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 3, 2015, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
