Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 4, 2014, and to enlarge the record to include certain transcripts.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
