Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 26, 2015, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, in effect, to stay his eviction from the subject premises, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 4, 2015.
