Appeals and cross appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 2014, and November 12, 2014, respectively.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that Shavonn Lucas, as temporary administrator of the estate of Andre Wright, appellant-respondent, is substituted for the deceased appellant-respondent Andre Wright, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the defendants-respondents-appellants and nonparty-respondent-appellant to serve and file their answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross appeals (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]), is enlarged until September 21, 2015, and the brief of the defendants-respondents-appellants and nonparty-respondent-appellant shall be served and filed on or before that date.
