It is Ordered that the motion of the tenant-appellant is granted on condition that the tenant-appellant perfects his appeal by not later than the November 2015 term the filing deadline for which is September 10, 2015. No further enlargements of time will be granted. In the event of tenant-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, landlord-respondent may move, on five days notice, for an order dismissing the appeal.
