Motion by the objectant-appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated May 6, 2014.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the objectant-appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until September 9, 2015, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the objectant-appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
